Common questions.
Why fixed prices instead of hourly?
You know the full cost before we start. If something takes us longer than planned, that's our problem, not yours. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted in writing before any work starts.
Do you work with clients outside Zambia?
Yes. We work with clients worldwide, mostly async with scheduled calls. Invoices are payable by card or bank transfer in USD, GBP or EUR.
How do payments work?
Packages under $1,000 are paid 100% upfront. Larger packages are 50% to start and 50% before launch. MVPs are paid in 3 milestones.
I don't know which package I need.

Who owns the code?
You do, once final payment clears. Code, designs and documentation are handed over in full.
What happens after launch?
Every build includes a fixes window. After that, an optional monthly care plan keeps things updated, backed up and secure.
